Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and xbije ("the Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the xbije website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and any associated promotional offers. Please read these Terms carefully and in their entirety before registering an account or using any xbije service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

By accessing the xbije platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated herein by reference. • You must be at least 21 years of age. xbije enforces a strict minimum age policy and performs KYC verification on all accounts requesting withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person registering in your own name and on your own behalf — not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must ensure that online gaming is not prohibited by any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing xbije is lawful in your location.
• You must not be self-excluded from gaming or previously restricted from the xbije platform for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting as an agent of, or on behalf of, any third party. Each registered account must represent one individual player only.

2Account Registration and Verification

To use xbije you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. xbije reserves the right to require additional documentation at any time to verify the information provided during registration or subsequently.

• Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. Opening more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held in them.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. xbije will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• xbije reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a national ID, passport, or birth certificate — and proof of payment method ownership at any stage. Failure to provide documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure.
• You must notify xbije immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. xbije may temporarily or permanently suspend an account where there is reasonable suspicion of a security compromise.

3Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on xbije are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xbije supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available methods and processing times may vary and are subject to change with notice.

• The minimum deposit is ৳10. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by xbije, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately in most cases.
• Withdrawals require successful completion of KYC identity verification. Once approved, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days. xbije does not charge a withdrawal fee, though your payment provider may apply charges.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. xbije may request proof of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal. Requests may be declined if KYC is incomplete or bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding.
• xbije reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to the player's account balance if the request cannot be completed due to technical issues, payment provider downtime, or failure to complete required verification within the specified timeframe.
• xbije does not accept payments from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be refunded and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

xbije uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all financial transactions. We do not store complete card or payment account numbers on our servers. All payment data is handled in accordance with applicable data security standards and our Privacy Policy.

4Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

xbije may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Standard bonus wagering requirements on xbije range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players under these Terms. Players who have self-excluded, are under the minimum age, or whose accounts are under review are not eligible to claim or use any bonus.
• xbije reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time — including after it has been credited — where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, fraud, or exploitation of a technical error.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus multiple times by creating additional accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are credited as non-withdrawable promotional funds until wagering requirements are met. Real money deposits are used before bonus funds in all game wagers. Once wagering is complete, the bonus balance (up to any applicable maximum cashout limit) converts to real money and becomes withdrawable.

5Responsible Gaming Obligations

xbije is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. These Terms incorporate the xbije Responsible Gaming Policy by reference. Players are encouraged to review the full Responsible Gaming Policy available on this platform. The following obligations apply to all players.

• You must not use xbije as a source of income or as a means of recovering financial losses sustained outside of gaming. Online gaming is a form of entertainment and should be treated as such. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.
• Players may request deposit limits, session time limits, or temporary cooling-off periods by contacting xbije customer support. Self-exclusion requests are also available and will be processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, it cannot be reversed for the minimum period selected.

6Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xbije platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. xbije reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities, in response to any prohibited conduct.

• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to interact with the xbije platform in a way not explicitly authorised by xbije, including automated betting systems, game outcome prediction tools, and account farming scripts.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live table games such as baccarat, blackjack, or poker variants. This includes sharing hole cards, coordinating bet sizes across accounts, or any form of chip dumping.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or theft. xbije complies with anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage or to obtain credits, winnings, or bonuses to which you are not legitimately entitled. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided and the account may be suspended.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory communication directed at xbije staff, customer support agents, or other players through any channel, including live chat, email, or social media.

7Intellectual Property

All content available on the xbije platform — including software, game titles, logos, graphics, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the property of xbije or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in any xbije content.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the xbije platform without the prior written consent of xbije. Unauthorised use of xbije intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbije, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the xbije platform, including but not limited to the following categories of loss.

• Any loss of funds wagered or deposited on the xbije platform as a result of normal game outcomes. Online gaming involves risk and the possibility of financial loss is inherent to the activity. xbije does not guarantee any return on wagers placed.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the xbije platform or any game or service on it, whether caused by technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond xbije's reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, payment provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or reputational damage, even if xbije has been advised of the possibility of such loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9Amendments to These Terms

xbije reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, xbije will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players, delivered by email, by an in-platform notification, or by posting a notice on the xbije website. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of these Terms.

Your continued use of the xbije platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any available balance by contacting customer support.
